Top 6 reasons you know your in Turkey at Christmas time

Liz started a top 10 list for the Christmas party but didn't use it. I thought some were at least blog worthy. The numbers are backwards, so #1 is actually #6.

1. you shop everywhere for a Nativity Scene and can’t find one
2. you don't have a Christmas ham
3. you’re the only one in your neighborhood with a Christmas tree up right after Thanksgiving
4. you hear “Silent Night” playing in the mall and you’re the only one who understands
5. your kids have school on Christmas day
6. everyone thinks you’re celebrating the New Year!

Case in point on the last two items. I e-mailed the school to let them know that Ashton and Justin wouldn't be there today and they e-mailed back wishing us a happy new year.
